About the role:
As a ServiceNow Product Owner for Platform AI Capabilities, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how AI enhances service delivery within BioNTech. Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Service Management Center for Enablement, you will lead the development and implementation of AI capabilities that improve employee experience and autonomous service delivery. Your work will directly contribute to enabling teams across BioNTech to focus on what matters most: delivering innovative solutions to patients worldwide.
Your contribution:
- End-to-end ownership: Manage the AI use-case backlog from ideation to production, ensuring measurable value delivery
- Strategic leadership: Define and communicate the vision, goals, and roadmap for ServiceNow AI Platform Capabilities aligned with organizational strategies
- Stakeholder collaboration: Partner with platform product owners, security teams, and other stakeholders to create a cohesive AI roadmap
- Continuous improvement: Optimize deployed platform AI capabilities to enhance usability and service levels while addressing system performance trends
- Capability unification: Assess and drive integration efforts across platforms involved in service chains, focusing on governance and security
A good match:
- 5+ years in product ownership, service management, or related roles within IT or enterprise platforms
- Proven track record of developing AI use cases that deliver tangible business outcomes
- Experience in measuring AI value and managing large-scale enterprise AI deployments
- Familiarity with ServiceNow modules (certifications are a plus) and ITIL-based frameworks
- Expertise in Agile methodologies, stakeholder management, and business process optimization
- Solid understanding of practical AI governance principles
- Fluent English language skills, bith oral and written
